1 cup butter-melted
1 cup onion-chopped
1 cup celery-chopped
1/2 cup parsley-chopped
1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
12 cups dried bread cubes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup milk
2 eggs-beaten
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in parsley and seasonings and cook for five minutes. Remove from heat and mix with bread cubes & walnuts. Add milk and eggs. Shape into balls and place in buttered 9x13 pan.
Pour broth over stuffing balls.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Full recipe makes 15 large or 30 medium stirring balls.
Double recipe for 25 or more people.
