Ingredients:  
1-1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
one chopped onion, browned with beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
one can tomato soup or sauce
one can water

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a 9x13 pan 1/2 full with chopped cabbage.
Add rice to browned beef and put on top of cabbage.
Add tomato and water.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
