1 1/2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef
Box of Zataran's Spanish Rice
1 can of diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 can tomato sauce (large)
6 red, yellow or green peppers
garlic salt to taste
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Spanish rice as directed on package adding can of diced tomatoes with juice. Brown hamburger meat, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix rice and meat together. Add Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix together. Cut peppers in half and boil in water for 5 minutes. Drain peppers and place in casserole dish. Stuff peppers with meat mixture and drizzle with tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
