1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar (plus some additional for rolling)
1 cup light brown sugar

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars.

Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix until well blended (about 30 seconds).

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined on low speed (about one minute).
If dough is very soft, refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling.

Shape into 1" balls (about one Tablespoon of dough). Roll in Granulated sugar. Bake on UNgreased cookie sheet for EIGHT MINUTES, remove from oven and place a Hershey kiss in center of each cookie. Return to oven for an additional THREE TO FIVE MINUTES.

If you use Reeses cups, put them on the cookies upside down
