1-23 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-8 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. mayo or miracle whip
1/2 c. chopped onions
1-8 oz. Velveeta shreds
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in a 9X13" greased pan. In a sauce pan, heat cream of chicken soup, sour cream, stick of butter, mayo, chopped onions and Velveeta until cheese is melted. Place over potatoes. Mix melted margarine and cornflakes, place on top of mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour uncovered. Recipe can be made ahead and frozen without topping. Just add topping when ready to bake.
