3 pkgs. (10 ounces each) frozen puff pastry shells (18 shells)
3 eggs
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tsp chopped fresh dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1.4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 pkg. jimmy dean regular flavor pork sausage roll, cooked, crumbled, drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake pastry shells as directed on package. Remove center cutout from each shell; reserve for later use.
2. Beat eggs, cream and seasonings in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
3. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add red pepper; cook 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add egg mixture; cook until eggs begins to set, stirring frequently.
4. stir in sausage; cook until egg mixture is completely set and sausage is heated through, stirring frequently.
Spoon about 1/4 cup e.g. mixture into each pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley; cover with reserved pastry cutouts.
