16 oz. pecan halves
1/2 C butter
3/4 C sugar (brown)
2 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Put nuts in 13 x 9 pan. In small sauce pan melt butter over med. heat. Add rest of ingreds. Stir 1 min. Remove from heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over nuts, stirs to coat. Bake 325º 25-30 mins. Stir every 10-15 min. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in air tight container.
