1 pkg Zesty Italian Dressing
1 pkg Pesto sauce mix
1/4 C water
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
3/4 C olive oil

1 lg pkg rainbow rotini pasta
1 each green, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers diced
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 lb thick sliced ham, diced
1/2 lb thick sliced, colbey-jack cheese
2 cans sliced olives, drained
1/2 lb grape tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass measuring cup, combine all ingredients from first part above, mix well, then set aside for at lead 1 hour.

Cook pasta until firm, drain rinse and place in a large bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over pasta, gently site until pasta is coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Gently stir remaining ingredients into the pasta. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. stir salad before serving
