1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 Tbs. yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbs. salt
5 - 7 cups flour

Directions:
In a big bowl put very warm water and yeast for 5 to 15 minutes. Add all the dry ingredients except the flour. The yeast will bubble. Add 5 cups of flour, mix, then add 2 cups more. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Divide into two piles. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin. Spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar on the flat surface. Roll into a tight tube. Cut into 1/2 - 3/4 inch pieces across. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and put the cut pieces on the pan. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350º for about 20-25 minutes. Glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Let cool before glazing. You can also frost with a cream cheese frosting.
