2 14 1/4 oz cans cream-style corn
1 C peeled and chopped potatoes
1 C peeled and chopped carrots
2 14 1/2 oz cans vegetable or chicken broth
1/2 C chopped onion (optional)
1 tsp celery seed (optional)
1/2 tsp back pepper (optional)
16 oz jar processed cheese spread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Stir in cheese. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Serve with corn sticks.
