1/2 cup butter 5 oz can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp.cocoa 1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup hot water
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In medium sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Add hot water and stir. With wire whisk, blend in sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Stir until
smooth. Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake 50
minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 1/2 -2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
