One Double Crust:
3/4c + 2T shortening
1/4 c boiling water
1T milk
2-1/4 c flour
1 t salt

2 Double Crusts:
1-3/4 c shortening
4-1/2 c flour
1/2 c water
2T milk
2t salt

3 Double Crusts:
2-1/2 c shortening + 2 T
6-3/4 c water
3T milk
3 t salt

4 Double Crusts:
3-1/2 c shortening
9 c flour
1 c water
1/4 c milk
4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water on shortening to which milk has been added. Whip until consistency of whipped cream. Add flour and mix until combined well. Roll between waxed paper.
