3 lb Scallops
3 lb potatoes
1 med onion
2 T A-1 sauce
8 chicken bullion cubes
dash pepper
half gal whole milk
pint heavy cream
half lb butter
garlic powder to taste
basil

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot add diced potatoes, chopped onion, A-1 sauce, bullion cubes, pepper, and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Once potatoes are tender add scallops. When scallops are cooked add milk, cream, butter, and spices. Heat slowly over low heat being careful not to boil, or chowder will curdle.
