2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients and mix until ingredients are just blended.

Put batter in grease mini-muffins cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Variation for Cheese Melt Away Muffins: May add 1 c. grated cheddar cheese to ingredients and bake as above.
