1 pint cottage cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
dash of salt
1 pound Monterey jack cheese, shredded
10 large eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Blend in flour, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter, cleaned chilies, cottage cheese and Monterey jack cheese.

Bake, uncovered in a 9 x 13 baking dish at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
