1/2 c butter
6 lg potatoes, peeled & quartered
3 T dry white wine
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 T freeze-dried chives

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add potatoes & remaining ingredients, except chives. Cover tightly. Cook over low heat for 45 min. Remove cover. Add chives.
