3-4 lb. beef brisket
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef on piece of foil big enough to close up. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Wrap foil securely around beef and seal. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours; small ones are usually done in 6-7 hours.

Serve warm with juice ladled over each slice or serve with good bread, Swiss cheese, and mustard.
