1/2 c butter
3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T corn syrup
2 t vanilla
1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/8 t salt
1/2 c butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Line an 8X8 inch baking pan with a 1/2 inch overhand on each side and coat with Pam. Set aside. In a large heavy bottom saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until smooth. Let cool 10 min. With a wooden spoon, add eggs, corn syrup and vanilla until well blended. With a wire whisk, add in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in chips. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean and edges are slightly brown (approx. 25 min.). Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lift brownies out of pan and peel off foil. Cut into 2 inch squares.
