1/4 onion- diced
2 C. Jalapeņo dip - frito lay
1/4 C. Ketchup
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Cheddar cheese

Fry together ground beef and diced onions. Drain grease add rest of ingredients and put into crockpot.
