Cheese melts best if at room temp.
Fill a frying pan with cooking oil enough to submerge cheese stix. While oil is heating; wrap 1 cheese stick in the middle of each wrap with the ends of the cheese pinging toward 2 corners, fold those corners over the cheese and then fold the other corners of wrap in half to cover the whole cheese stick. the wrap should look like a mini burrito. use water to seal the wrap shut. Then fry until golden brown! they are great by themselves or dipped in marinara, salsa and ranch, or green chill and ranch!

Try Adding pepperoni slices, jalapeņos, tomatos.
