1 large sweet onion (chopped)
1 large green bell pepper (chopped)

1 lb. beef or turkey Kielbasa sausage cut into ¼ inch slices

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken is best)

1 package of Lipton onion soup mix

3 cups uncooked long grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice accordingly or in a rice cooker, add 1 tsp. olive oil along with 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup mix into the uncooked rice mixture.

In a separate pot, sauté onions in hot olive oil along with Kielbasa sausage until sausage is browned.

Then add cooked shredded chicken, stirring mixture well then add the bell peppers

Optional, may add 2-3 tsp. hot sauce and 2-3 tsp Creole seasoning or add shrimps

Final step, mix in cooked flavored onion soup rice into the pot then stir the mixture well then serve.
