Defrosted whole chicken
1 can green enchilada sauce
2- dozen small corn tortillas (taco shells)
taco cheese
lettuce
tomatoes

Boil chicken for an hour. Cool and shred. Add enough enchilada sauce to coat chicken. Heat oil on fry pan and cook taco shells. Stuff taco shells with chicken mixture and top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes
