2 tsp marg.
1 tsp minced shallots
1 T proscuitto - optional
5 hearts cut in half
1 T grated parm. cheese
1/3 C heavy cream
2 C chopped fresh spinach
1 jigger brandy

Directions:
Directions:
In small sautee pan, melt marg. - add shallots & proscuitto - saute about 1 min. Add brandy & flame. Add hearts & toss lightly to warm. Add cream & cheese - stir. Simmer until sauce thickens, then add spinach to gently coat and wilts.

Optional - sprinkle w / bread crumbs - garnish w / fruit.
