1 lb. Chicken, sliced thin
1/2 Lemon, sliced
6 slices Ginger, minced
4 T. Soy Sauce
4 T. Sesame Oil
4 T. Rice Vinegar
1 c. Lemon Juice
4 T. Sugar
4 T. Ground Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and mustard in a mixing bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk until well combined. Put in a saucepan over medium low heat.

In a lightly oiled pan, cook chicken with lemon slices and ginger. Halfway through cooking add sauce to pan and cook until chicken is done.

Serve over rice.
