Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg yeast (1/4 cup lukewarm water)
3 cups flour
3 tbsps white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in water 15 mins. Mix flour, sugar salt and butter as you would for pie crust. Add milk, slightly beaten eggs and yeast. Knead dough till soft. Put in bowl and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Make a mixture of white sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on counter and roll a piece of dough out in a circle. Sprinkle with more sugar mixture. Cut into small wedges (approx 16 or less if you like bigger scuffles) and roll each piece starting with the thick end. (Not too tightly!!) Place tip down on cookie sheet and bake on middle rack in a 325º oven till slightly brown (approx 15 mins) (The pampered chef stone works best). Remove from plans and cool on rack. Enjoy!!
