1tbs Blue bonnet margarine
1 can (141/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
11/2 cup cubed cooked ham
1 can (133/4 oz) college inn chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
12 oz shrimp, shelled and deveined

In skillet, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in margarine for 1 to 2 minutes, add remaining ingredients except shrimp, heat to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, add shrimp
