3/4 pounds lean flank steak

2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Olive oil

2 cups slice onion
Green, red and yellow bell peppers, cut in strips to equal 2 cups

1 tablespoon lime juice

Flour tortillas

Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Rice-a-roni beef rice

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.

Combine next 6 ingredients in bowl. Add meat and coat well.

Heat oil in non-stick skillet over med-low heat. Att steak, onion and bell peppers; saute for about 6 minutes or until steak is done. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.

Heat flour tortillas. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese rice and whatever your favorites are.
