1 - 2 lb flank steak or skirt steak or Whole Chicken cut into parts
McCormick's Jerk Seasoning or Sint Maarten Old Man Gourmet Jerk Seasoning (I like this one because when we run out of it we have to back to the Island of Sint Maarten to get more!)

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the steak with a generous amount of seasoning and grill on high for about 7 minutes per side (for medium to medium rare). Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
