4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup ( mushroom can be substituted)
25 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1pkg. chicken bouillon powder
1tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook chicken breast covered in tinfoil for 30-40 minutes, cool and cube or shred. Mix sour cream and chicken soup in a separate bowl. Add chicken bouillon, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chicken. Pour into casserole dish. Crush the Ritz crackers and spread over top of the casserole. Spoon melted butter on top over all.

Bake in a 350°F oven until top is golden brown, approximately 20-30 minutes.
