1-1/2 pound ground beef
1-1/2 cup caraway rye bread crumbs
One egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup creamy Thousand Island dressing
One Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

14 ounces sauerkraut
1-1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, mix meat, bread crumbs, egg, onion, and seasonings
On a sheet of waxed paper shape mixture into 6 x 14 inch rectangle.
Sprinkle with sauerkraut and cheese, leaving one inch boarder.
Roll meat in jelly roll fashion.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
