**Shell
Six ounces Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Margarine, softened
Two cups Flour
**Caramel Layer
One bag Caramels
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
**Filling
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Shortening
1/4 cup Margarine, softened
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

**Shells - Mix cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Shape into 48 balls. Chill for two hours. Press into ungreased tassie cups (mini candy size cupcake pan). Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool. Remove to serving plate.
**Filling - Melt together caramels and milk. Stirring to blend well. Spoon into tassie cups and cool.

Beat together all filling ingredients until smooth and spread over caramel layer in tassie cups.
