1/4 c. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, sliced
4 T. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. swiss cheese cubes
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash black pepper
2 c. cubed turkey
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in large skillet. Saute onion and celery until golden brown. Blend flour into chicken broth; stir into skillet. Add wine. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add milk, cheese, nutmeg, pepper and turkey. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts and turkey is heated throughout. Serve over rice.
