1 ½ c boiling water
½ c sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/c c Crisco
1 pkg. dry yeast
½ c lukewarm water
2 egg
5 – 6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over sugar, salt and Crisco. Stir until Crisco is dissolved and cool to lukewarm- add yeast which as been dissolved in lukewarm water and then add the egg. Mix well. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Rub surface with Crisco, Cover tightly and store in refrigerator until read to use. Will keep about 1 week. When ready to use dough, punch down, and roll out to a floured board. Make any type of rolls. You can use a Bisquick cutter to make uniform rolls. Brush with butter and let rise about 1 hr. Bake at 425 for about 20 min.
