Cornbread
1 C buttermilk
2 eggs
1 C flour
¾ C cornmeal
1 ½ tsp baker powder
¼ tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
6 TB sugar
¼ C Crisco melt in a iron skillet.

Mix all other ingredients and pour into skillet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Do overcook.

Use corn off the cob or canned corn. I like the corn on the cob from the BBQ
