1 (7oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz) pkg crumbled Feta, finely chopped
1 loaf french bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/4 c chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
Olive oil
1 t lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pepper, cheese, onions, garlic, 1 T olive oil and lemon juice. Set aside. Brush bread slices lightly with additional olive oil. Place on cookie sheet. Broil on each side until lightly toasted. Top each slice of bread with 1 T red pepper mixture.
