1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup plain yogurt (lowfat OK)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp paprika
2 large garlic cloves
1 inch fresh ginger

Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.
Puree the rest of the ingredients in a food processor to make the marinade (it will be thick). Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Thread onto skewers and grill, panfry, or bake until chicken is fully done.
