8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (reduced fat works well)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well, using a hand mixer. Refrigerate if not serving immediately. Serve with crackers, apple slices, Fritoes, or other chips. Or, warm and serve on a baked potato.

Personal Notes:
If I am using as a cold dip, I use fat free cream cheese & sour cream. If I plan to heat it for baked potatoes, I use reduced fat cream cheese & sour cream. I leave it in a crock pot on low or warm if I am using it as a hot dip or topping.
