5lbs chicken wings
1 cup flour 1 stick butter
1 tbsp salt 4 ozs Durkee hot sauce
1 tbsp white pepper 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp crushed garlic
dash of black pepper oil of your choice to fry

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix all dry ingredients in a 1 gallon zipploc bag
2) Coat chicken wings in flour mixture 6-8 wings in the bag at a time
3) Fry in oil till golden brown then put on paper toweling to drain off extra oil
4) In seperate sauce pan melt the butter then add hot sauce,vinegar,and garlic heat till garlic is tender and all items are blended together
5) Pour sauce over hot cooked wings on serving tray
6) ENJOY!!!!!!!!
