20 ounces pineapple chunks
½ cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
One Egg
Two 11 ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
Two apples, unpeeled, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice
Pour juice into small saucepan. Add sugar and flour, and bring to a boil.
Quickly stir in egg, cook until thickened.
Remove from heat, cool. Refrigerate.
In a large bowl combine pineapple, oranges, kiwi and apples.
Pour sauce over fruit.
Toss to coat.
Cover and chill.
