Giant ; size loaf pan or you can use a deep dish pie pan
2 quarts ice cream your choice
2 jars hot fudge ; I used Brighams
1 sponge cake store bought ; if not Passover any kind of cake
2 packages frozen strawberries ; thawed

Directions:
Line pan with cake
Layer 1st quart ice cream, let harden
Layer of 1 jar hot fudge, let harden
layer 2nd quart of ice cream, let harden
Can top with another layer of cake
Day before serving remove from pan top with meringue
Should take pie out about 20 minutes before serving
I cover pie with greased seran wrap so meringue would not stick



MERINGUE

Beat 5 egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar, beating until soft peaks form
Bake 450 oven til brown maybe 5 minutes.
