1/2 # Roquefort cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 c salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make a paste of cheese, egg yolks, onion & garlic using a fork. Add sugar, vinegar & Worcestershire sauce. Add chopped egg whites & salad oil; mix thoroughly. Serve over head lettuce or mixed vegetable salads. Will keep indefinitely if refrigerated.
