Three Large onions-Sliced
1/4 cup margarine or butter
One Tablespoon Flour
Two cans (10 oz each) Condensed. Beef Broth
Two cups water
One teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Four slices French bread, Toasted (or croutons equal to)
Three cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in margarine in dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally until onions are tender and just beginning to brown. Sprinkle with flour. Gradually stir in one can of broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce Heat. Simmer uncovered for five minutes.
Place one slice toast in each of six ovenproof soup bowls. Pour soup over toast. Sprinkle with cheese. Set in oven to broil with tops 3-4 inches from heat until cheese is melted. (about five minutes)
