1 pkg unflavored gelatin
3/4 c minced celery
1 1/2 c lobster
2/3 c minced apple
3/4 c mayonnaise
3 T lemon juice
salt to taste
paprika to taste
1/3 c whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in 1/4 c cold water. Dissolve over boiling water. Combine celery, lobster, apple, mayonnaise & lemon juice in mixer bowl, season with salt & paprika. Add gelatin; beat until mixture is well mixed. Fold in whipped cream; spread in wet mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto serving platter; garnish with watercress & marinated cucumbers, if desired.
