3/4 stick butter
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
Parmesan cheese
Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium to low what. Add garlic, wine and lemon. Pour over fish/scallops. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
