1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 pint sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Grease a 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 425º until top is nice and brown. (43 minutes or more).
