1 & 1/2 cups cooked,mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shredded or mashed cooked fish
1 large egg
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients in bowl. Divide into4 Equal portions. Shape each portion into 3/4 inch thick patty
Melt margarine in frying pan. Add fish. Cakes. Brown both sides. Serves 2
