1 head cauliflower
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
pinch of salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Break up cauliflower to small florets. In medium saucepan, add 2 inches of water and boil. Add cauliflower, cover and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and place in casserole dish. In a small bowl mix together butter, Parmesan, crumbs, salt and pepper flakes. Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. If you just have plain bread crumbs, add oregano, basil and garlic for seasoning.
