½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ butter, softened
½ tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water (or less)
½ cup raisins or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. In a small bowl sift together flour, soda, oats and salt. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Add flour mixture, then water and mix. Add raisins or chips and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
