1½ cups whole wheat flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ quick oats
1½ tsp bakig soda
1 1/3 cups plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 cup frozen cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats and baking soda. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, milk, oil, egg and lemon rind; with a wooden spoon stir into dry ingredients just until moistenen. Stir in frozen berries. Scoop into prepared muffin tins, filling about 2/3 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until springy when touched on top.
