1 lime jelly powder
1 cup boiling water
¼ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp. horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water and let partially set. Whip cream and add to the jelly. Drain liquid from the horseradish and add to the jello. Add grated carrot for colour and topping. Place in fridge to set.
